One-Compliance Executives and Staff Integrity Pledge

Preamble

As members of Incheon Port Authority, we pledge to uphold fairness and integrity, avoiding any act that may raise doubts about our ethical standards.
  • 1. Prevention of Conflict of Interest
    I shall not use public authority for private gain and will act fairly and impartially.
    I shall report and address any potential conflict of interest promptly.
  • 2. Anti-Corruption and Integrity
    I shall reject undue external interference and never engage in bribery or corrupt practices.
  • 3. Fair Trade Compliance
    I shall not participate in acts that undermine fair competition or condone violations.
    I shall comply with fair trade laws and avoid unfair practices in all transactions.
  • 4. Self-Discipline and Internal Control
    I shall record, report, and decide based on facts, following regulations and procedures.
    I shall not distort information or weaken internal controls, and will report risks promptly.
  • Final Commitment
    I pledge to actively cooperate with Incheon Port Authority’s compliance system and accept any disciplinary measures should I violate anti-corruption, integrity, or fair trade regulations.
