Single Window is information service under the control and cooperation among IPA and Sunkwang New Container Terminal(SNCT) at Incheon New Port, E1 Container Terminal and Incheon Container Terminal at South Port.

Single Window offers 'terminal information' such as vessel berthing schedule, 'container information' for example optimal time of in & out for truck drivers, 'congestion information' about inside and outside of the terminal through CCTV videos. Single Window also provides vessel operating information in relation to terminal for example real time stevedoring status by internet homepage.

Also Single Window is expected to contribute to the better service of Incheon Port, and to improve customer satisfaction in logistics service.
